Deadlines
- June 15th Abstract submission deadline for consideration for contributed talks
- June 15th Abstract submission deadline for Young Investigators Session
- EXTENDED July 24th Abstract submission deadline for posters
- Aug 24th Online Registration Closes (Onsite registration will be available)
Poster Format
Posters can stay up for the whole conference, from 10am Sunday until 1pm on Thursday.
The board you have to attach to will be 3 ft wide by 5ft high. However your poster can overflow to one side and above and below this space, but it will not have a surface to attach this overflow to.
Competitions
Young Investigator award:
Young investigators (age < 35 years, no permanent position) are encouraged to contribute papers. A jury will select up to 5 to present their work. The best presentation will receive a prize.
Poster Competition:
The posters of young scientists will be judged by a jury. The best presenter/poster will be announced and receive an award at the conference dinner.
Photo Competition:
A photo competition for the prettiest MR images. Submission can be made anonymously at the conference. The winner will be announced and receive an award at the conference dinner.
